Shipping & Delivery
Vulcan Europe supplies fireworks to customers throughout Europe, strictly in accordance with applicable national legislation, licensing requirements, and ADR transport and storage regulations.
We deliver quantities ranging from mixed pallets to full truckloads and containers.
Minimum order value: €1,000 (excl. VAT and transport)
Transport Costs
All prices listed are ex warehouse and exclude transport costs to your warehouse or licensed storage facility.
Free delivery is available depending on order volume and destination:
| Germany | orders above €3,000 |
| Belgium | orders above €3,000 |
| Austria | orders above €5,000 |
| Netherlands | orders above €1,000 |
For other destinations, transport costs are calculated individually upon request.
Collection from our warehouse by appointment is possible.
Delivery time
Delivery takes place within 10–14 days after receipt of full payment, subject to product availability and transport planning. All deliveries are executed in compliance with ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods.
During peak season (October–December), delivery times may vary due to high demand and ADR transport capacity.
Important Notice
Fireworks can only be delivered to licensed companies or approved storage locations, in accordance with national regulations. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local legal requirements.
